You have two easy ways to locate your reservation. If you booked directly with Disney, log in to the
My Disney Experience account you used to make your reservation. Hover over “My Disney Experience” and select “My Plans and Tickets.” Then, scroll down to see your reservation.
Alternatively, you can use the
My Disney Experience app. On the bottom right of the screen, tap the hamburger symbol (☰), then select “Hotel Reservations.” As long as your
Disney Resort hotel is properly linked, your upcoming stay will appear here.
If you're staying at a
Walt Disney World Good Neighbor Hotel, you'll receive a Disney confirmation number that you can use to link your reservation to your My Disney Experience account. To link your room, log in to your My Disney Experience account, hover over “My Disney Experience,” then “My Plans & Tickets.” Next, hover over “Resort Hotel” and select “
Link a Reservation.” Enter your confirmation number and the last name on the reservation. Note: For Walt Disney World Good Neighbor Hotels, it may take up to 72 hours for your reservation to become linkable.
