    Hello. I am trying to reserve a time for the Crystal Palace online and am being told that there are no times available during our 7 day trip (Jan 11-18)--any suggestions about how I can secure a reservation? Thanks for any helpful tips.

    Hi Michelle!

    I have some unfortunate news for you. The reason you are unable to book a meal at the Crystal Palace is because it will closed for refurbishment during your stay. Although the time frame is subject to change, the Crystal Palace is currently slated to be closed from January 3 through February 13.

    During the time that the Crystal Palace is closed, character meals will be offered at the Liberty Tree Tavern in the Magic Kingdom. You may want to try booking a reservation there. The meals are all to be served family style with characters like Goofy, Minnie, Chip and Dale dressed in revolutionary clothes.

    If you were hoping for a meal with the Pooh characters then I would recommend breakfast at 1900 Park Fare in the Grand Floridian. Pooh and Tigger are on hand with Alice and the Mad Hatter during breakfast hours, and that may be a good compromise for you!
