I have two hypotheses that could explain what you're currently experiencing. The first option is that the restaurant is full and there aren't any tables available for your date.
Teppan Edo is very popular, and it could be that they don't have a seven-person table available.
To test this hypothesis, I would suggest using the same browser to look for two-person reservations at places that tend to have open tables, such as the
Grand Floridian Cafe or
Ale & Compass. I would suggest trying other dates as well. The goal of this test is to see if the tool is working for other places beyond Teppan Edo. If you can find tables beyond Teppan Edo, this means that the tool is working and that Teppan Edo must be fully booked. So my best suggestion, in this case, is booking two smaller tables for the same time so that you can all dine at the same time.
If you can't find smaller tables
anywhere, there's probably an issue with your browser or your My Disney Experience account. The alternative here is to use another browser and try again. If this still doesn't work, I suggest asking someone in your family to create a new My Disney Experience account and do the same test I described above.
If they still can't get any tables anywhere, it's the moment to
call the support team at the Walt Disney World Resort in Brazil so that they can help you understand what's going on.
