I have been trying to reserve reservations for any restaurants from the 24th to the 26th. I usually do this right when they open early in the morning but I'm not even seeing a schedule. Is Disney planning on doing something different for Thanksgiving?

Hello Jerry and welcome to planDisney!

Oh, you’re in for a great visit at The Happiest Place on Earth. I’m so excited for you and I’ll be more than happy to help you finalize any of your plans.

The dining reservation process hasn’t changed much. You can schedule your reservations up to 60 days in advance. I do understand that reservations seem to fill up fairly quickly, especially when traveling around a holiday. If you are unable to schedule a reservation, before you arrive, then I suggest attempting to join in person, via the mobile dining option.

The mobile dine walk-up availability option allows you to add your party to the walk-up list at select table-service restaurants on the day of your visit. A couple of my friends were able to join the walk-up list for Blue Bayou Restaurant a couple of weeks ago with no problem. So if you aren’t able to schedule reservations before you arrive, you can always try this option!

When it comes to celebrating Thanksgiving Day at the Disneyland Resort. No information has been shared if and which restaurants would be offering a traditional meal. As we approach November, I do recommend keeping your eyes on the Disney Parks Blog for any new information or updates as we enter the holiday season.

Have a great visit and please be sure to let us know if there’s anything else we can help with, Jerry.
