I am so sorry to hear that you were unable to make a reservation for one of the
Annual Passholder preview days for
Remy's Ratatouille Adventure at EPCOT. Like you, when I received the notification that we could register, I hopped online to try to register! It seems that you are trying to register from a
My Disney Experience account that was not the account to which your Annual Passes were linked.
I called the next day after I had snagged our preview day registration and the Cast Member I spoke with said the preview day spots were all reserved. I do suggest that you
contact a Cast Member in Website Support by phone to get help identifying the account to which your passes are linked. A similar situation happened to me with my husband's Annual Pass. When I renewed it, I noticed that it was not linked to My Disney Experience account. Turns out he had an account he had forgotten about. The Cast Member was able to deactivate that account, make sure his Annual Pass was linked to the profile I had for him in my account, and she made sure all of his park pass reservations and resort hotel reservations remained in tact!
Julynn, I also just double-checked the registration link and, when I clicked on the link, received a message that said the event is full. Once you get those Annual Passes linked to the correct account, you will be ready for the next Annual Passholder preview day should there be another announcement!
In the meantime, keep planning. I was beyond excited to see that
Space 220 at EPCOT is scheduled to open in mid-September! Get ready to make those reservations!
