I am trying to reserve parks i booked a package deal that includes tickets but i cant get this going is the site down?

Hello, Karen. I am sorry you are having a hard time making park pass reservations. I checked the park pass reservation website and it is working fine for me, so I think we can figure this out together.

First, have you linked your tickets that you purchased in your package to your MyDisneyExperience account? If not, this is the first step. There is a dedicated link help website (linked for you) that will help walk you through the linking process. Once your tickets are linked to your MyDisneyExperience account, it's time to head over to the park pass reservation website (also linked for you) to start reserving your days. Have you checked out the theme park availability calendar? If you are struggling to make park pass reservations, maybe there is no availability for the dates you are entering. The park availability calendar is broken down into three categories - Guests with a resort reservation, Guests with tickets and Annual Passholders. You want to be sure you are viewing the calendar that pertains to you because they all have different availability. To make a park pass reservation, you'll first create your party, then you'll select the day you'd like to make a park pass reservation for. At this time, you can only make park pass reservations for one day at a time. I like to start with the first day of my visit so I don't get confused. Once you've selected the date, you'll be prompted to select the theme park you wish to visit. Once you've picked your park you'll be taken to a confirmation page and it will ask you if you want to make park pass reservations for more days. If you do, hit that button and the process will start over. Once all of your park pass reservations are made, you'll be able to view all of your plans on your MyDisneyExperience account.

If you are sure there is park availability for the dates you are entering but are still not able to make park pass reservations, I suggest trying a different browser on your computer. I'm not super tech savvy but I do know that when things aren't working for me on certain Disney websites, I've had great luck trying a different web browser. If none of the above seems to be working and you still can't make park pass reservations, I'd call the website support line at 407-939-4357 and they should be able to help you out from there.

I really hope you are able to make your park pass reservations soon, Karen. If you have any other questions before your trip, I'm happy to help

    Have fun!

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
