Trying to reserve parks and its asking me to link tickets to account as their not showing but when I enter the id it says their already linked

    Hello Karla,

Welcome to planDisney, and thanks so much for bringing us such an important question about your rapidly approaching holiday to the magic of Walt Disney World Resort.

Karla, your Magic Tickets will indeed need to be successfully linked to your My Disney Experience account to enable you to go ahead and make those all-important Disney Park Pass reservations for your November holiday at the most magical place on earth.

However, as I'm unable to access your My Disney Experience account, it's a little tricky for me to fully understand exactly what's been going on with your already purchased tickets.  But, what I am able to do is provide some tiggerific instructions on how to link your Will Call Magic Ticket eTickets purchased from the Walt Disney Travel Company to your My Disney Experience account!

     - Log in to My Disney Experience account via a desktop computer
     - Head to My Plans within the drop-down menu
     - Hover over Park Tickets and select Link Tickets
     - Continue to follow the onscreen prompts to enter Ticket ID Numbers (which are located underneath the barcodes on your Will Call eTicket vouchers)

Hopefully with just a little faith, trust, and pixie dust you should now have all your Magic Tickets successfully linked to your My Disney Experience account.

If this is not the case, my best suggestion would be for you to speak in person with a tech-savvy Cast Member who will be able to gain access to your My Disney Experience account.  I feel sure that with just a bibbidi-bobbidi-boo Cast Members will be able to offer the most expedited way to link your tickets before your soon arrival date at Walt Disney World Resort.

To connect with a Cast Member, please dial the UK freephone number for Technical and Website Support contained within this Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory.

Karla, I sincerely hope I've been able to provide a little insight and guidance for you today.  Please know you're always as welcome as can be to pop back to me here at planDisney.

Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
