Hello, Titi!
Welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for stopping by with an important question. I am thrilled to hear that you will be joining the
World’s Most Magical Celebration this fall. You will be able to see my favorite new display,
Disney’s Fab 50 Character Collection. 50 golden statues on display across all 4 theme parks with your favorite and most loved new and classic Disney Characters. They will also interact with the new MagicBand+ that will make its debut later this year.
I am so sorry to hear that you are having trouble making
Disney Park Pass Reservations for your group. I would be happy to walk you through a few steps to make sure that everything is in order so that you can make your park reservations. First, open
My Disney Experience on a computer or laptop. Sometimes the mobile app can be glitchy when performing some tasks. Once you are logged in, select the
My Family & Friends tab to confirm that everyone in your travel party is connected to you. If anyone is missing you may need to send them an invitation to connect or the Guest who manages their plans may need to modify the settings to share their list with anyone they are connected to.
If everyone is connected, you will want to make sure that everyone has a valid theme park ticket assigned to them. Click on the
My Plans tab. This is where you will see all your plans, tickets, and reservations. Scroll down to the
My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets section and click on the
Tickets & Memory Maker tab. You will see everyone’s tickets that you are sharing plans with. If someone does not have a valid ticket linked to their My Disney Experience account, you will not be able to make Park Pass Reservations for them. If anyone in your party has an
Annual Pass, you will need to make their reservations using the
Annual Passholder portal. You can still reserve the same theme parks, you will just have to make them separately.
I would also suggest that check the
Daily Itinerary tab for any reservations that someone else may have made. If a reservation currently exists for a particular day, you cannot make another one without first canceling the current reservation and then making a new one. You can make a park reservation by clicking the
Add More Plans drop-down button and selecting Theme Park Reservations. Follow the prompts to make a reservation. If you are still having issues, you may need to contact a Cast Member on the
Existing Tickets Team to help you resolve your issue. I recommend calling (407) 934-7639 for assistance. They will be able to work their magic to resolve the issue so that you can book your park pass reservations as soon as possible.
If you have any more questions before you arrive, please come back and visit us again here at planDisney.
See ya real soon,
Andrea
