Hi Katie,
Thank you for stopping by planDisney with a question! First things first, we need to figure out what is going on with your
theme park tickets. You will need valid theme park tickets to make
Disney Park Pass system reservations and enter the theme parks. If that is your only ticket and it has been
used, then it sounds like you do not have valid theme park admission. I suggest you
contact a Cast Member by phone to resolve the ticket issue. If the ticket has been
assigned to someone else but remains unused, then you just need to know to whom it has been assigned.
If the ticket was used by someone else in your party, that person may not have valid theme park admission either. If it was assigned to someone else, then you just need to connect with that person in My Disney Experience. To connect with other people traveling with you, make sure that you have a
My Disney Experience account. Check your
My Family & Friends List to see who is already connected to your account. If you need to add folks, click on the option to Add a Guest.
Once you click on Add a Guest, the system will prompt you with three ways to connect. I usually elect to enter the person's name and age. As long as the person is over 13-years old, once I enter the age, an option pops up to allow me to send that person an invitation to connect. Make sure to select the option to Share All Plans. Also be sure to send that invitation to the email address associated with the person's My Disney Experience account. After each person accepts your invitation to connect, you should be able to see each other's plans in My Disney Experience. If the person does not have a My Disney Experience account, you could also choose to manage all plans for the Guest.
As you continue to plan, make
Disney Park Pass system reservations for everyone in your group. Check the
theme park reservation availability calendar for the dates of your visit prior to canceling those park pass reservations and trying to make new ones if your plans change.
Katie, we are so excited to welcome you for an
Incredible Disney visit!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
