Hey there Keri! Welcome to planDisney. We are happy to see you've stopped by with a question, but I'm sorry to hear you are having some issues booking your
theme park reservations.
In order to book your theme park ticket reservations, your tickets must all be linked to a
Disneyland account. If they are not already linked, you can do so by logging on to your Disneyland account, hovering over "My Disneyland" and then clicking on "Link Tickets". This is where you would enter each ticket ID number.
Once your tickets are linked, you will again hover over "My Disneyland" and click on "Ticket and Reservation Details". There you will scroll down on the page and click "Make Park Reservations". On the next page, stop and scroll down and you will see upcoming reservations. Check to make sure that your tickets and reservations are not already on there. If they are, well then you are good to go! If not, click on "Book Theme Park Reservation". Now you should see all of the linked tickets on your account that are able to book future reservations on the next page. You would select each ticket you want to make a reservation for and then go through to steps to choose a date and confirm.
If your tickets are under the "Unable to Make a Theme Park Reservation", this means that they already have reservations booked for the number of days available on the ticket. This could be because, during the purchasing process on the Disneyland website, you select the dates you intend to use them and it books your theme park reservations during the checkout process. This may be why you were having trouble booking your reservations.
Keri, I hope this clears up any issue and you found out that you already had reservations confirmed or that you were finally able to make them. If you still are having issues, you will want to make a call to
Ticket Services to see if they can help you with your issue.
While you continue to plan, be sure to keep up with the
Disney Parks Blog. This is where many park announcements are made for upcoming events and happenings. Please stop back by and see us again if you have any other questions along the way.
