    I've been trying to reserve Hollywood studios for April 10,2022. When I confirm the reservation, the system is not working - with the message: Ocorreu um erro We’re having trouble loading this screen. Could you help me?

    Hi there, Marcelo! Thank you so much for stopping by planDisney with your question. I'm very happy to help you out today!

    Before we begin, let me start by saying that I'm so sorry to hear that you've been having trouble making your Theme Park reservations, especially when your magical Disney vacation is inching closer! But do not fret, my friend, because I know this issue all too well and it's quite easily fixed. Let's get on with the troubleshooting!

    The first thing I'd like you to do is make sure that you've cleared the cache on your desktop computer or laptop. I know this sounds repetitive at times, but there's a reason why it's the very first tip that comes up every single time! If you've done this and you're still having no luck, I'd advise you to switch over to a different browser.

    There's actually a list of browsers recommended by the Walt Disney World Resort website, so if you're using a different one, go ahead and launch one of these. If you were already using one of the listed browsers, my advice would be to pick another one until you've found the best one for you! In my personal experience, I always use Google Chrome and switch over to Safari when I'm having issues. 

    My final tip for you would be to contact a Cast Member through the chat icon in the My Disney Experience mobile app, or by calling (11) 4700-2835. If you decide to call, please keep in mind that you might need to hold on the phone for a while, but it will be well worth it.
