Trying to reserve Fort Wilderness campground for late 2022 Nov into early 2022 December. We are annual passholders. Every date I enter comes up with no availability. Any tips on finding availability, such as better day of the week to ck in? Thank you.

    Hi Judy,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for being a member of the Passholder Family! It is always fun starting off the New Year with planning your next Walt Disney World Resort vacation.

As an Annual Passholder myself, I love to visit the Walt Disney World Resort as much as possible during the holiday season. There are so many sights, sounds, and smells to take advantage of and we cannot forget it is one of the most joyous times of the year. It sounds like you are not finding availability for your specific timeframe, have you thought about doing a split stay between The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and another Disney Resorts Collection hotel? Late November – early December is a very busy time at the Walt Disney World Resort and this could be the perfect way to get the best of both worlds. You can stay at your favorite Disney Resort Collection site while also trying something new for the rest of the vacation.

Another option is checking for availability at The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort multiple times a day. From my experience, checking the resort availability often may help during this process. Plans can change in the blink of an eye, so you may have success by simply continuing to watch the availability.

I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is useful to your family as you plan your vacation for later this year. Please feel free to reach out with any other vacation planning questions, I am always happy to help!
