I am trying to reserve our 3rd fast pass and it’s only letting me do two, what am I doing wrong?

It's great to see you here today at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Dawn!

I suspect one of two things is happening: you are either trying to book multiple FastPass+ selections at more than one Theme Park in the same day, or you are trying to book more than one Tier One FastPass+ at Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios, or Disney's Animal Kingdom. These are both super easy issues to solve, so let's knock them out one by one so you can get all those FastPass+ selections made!

Included with your Theme Park admission is the ability to make three FastPass+ selections in advance for each day of your trip. If you are holding more than one FastPass+ for the same day, they all need to be for the same Theme Park. For example, if you've got two FastPass+ selections for Magic Kingdom Park and you're trying to make a third one for Epcot, try making your last selection for an attraction at Magic Kingdom Park and that should solve your problem.

If that's not it, then I think that you're trying to book more than one Tier One attraction at Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios, or Disney's Animal Kingdom. The Tier One attractions at Epcot are Frozen Ever After, Test Track, Soarin' Around the World, and Epcot Forever. At Disney's Hollywood Studios they are Slinky Dog Dash, Alien Swirling Saucers, Toy Story Mania!, The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, and Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith, and at Disney's Animal Kingdom the Tier One attractions are Avatar Flight of Passage and Na'vi River Journey. If you are visiting one of these Theme Parks, you can only hold a FastPass+ selection for one of these attractions each day. To give you another example, you cannot hold a FastPass+ for both of the Pandora - The World of Avatar attractions at the same time because they are both in Tier One. Other attractions using FastPass+ that are not on this list are Tier Two attractions and you can book as many of those as you want to, up to three at a time.

I know that that's a lot of information in one go, so if you have any other questions about FastPass+, the tier system, or anything else regarding your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, please come back and ask us anything that comes to your mind.

    Have a magical day, Dawn!
