Hi there, Nick, and welcome to planDisney. Oh boy, I love seeing large groups of family and friends at the Most Magical Place on Earth - especially when donning matching shirts! I'm sorry you have experienced issues linking your Disney Park Pass reservations - let's try and resolve this today.
First, I suggest ensuring that all 15 members of your party are linked in your
My Disney Experience mobile app. That means their Theme Park Tickets are linked and visible in the Ticket and Passes section, and their names are listed on your Family and Friends List.
Once the above is confirmed, you’ll want to make the
Disney Park Passes. Whether doing this through the mobile app or online, I suggest dividing your party into smaller groups. Though this might be a tedious process, you should be able to get all the reservations done. If planning for multiple people, I reserve Theme Park reservations in groups of around four. Once one group is done, I move on to the next set - making sure I'm selecting the same reservations for the entire group.
If you have taken these steps to no avail, you can always reach out to the
Disney Experts, who go above and beyond with enchanting service. While on the line, you may also like to talk through some dining reservations. I know advanced dining reservations with larger groups can be trickier to secure, so if you would like to enjoy a specific experience such as
The Crystal Palace, I highly recommend early bookings. Rest assured, there are always quick service options available for dining, and some of my favoured delicacies are from the
Outdoor Kitchens at the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival!
Nick, I hope this information helps, but if you need anything further ahead of your Walt Disney World adventure, please reach out. Wishing you blue skies and sunshine for your trip, Louise.
