Greetings and welcome to planDisney, Zetta. Theme park tickets and
theme park reservations are the bare necessities when it comes to the beginning planning stages for your magical visit. You've already got the tickets, so let's talk about how to secure your theme park reservations.
First, you will need to link your tickets to your MyDisney account, if you haven't already. Open the
Disneyland app and tap the "☰" to open the menu, followed by tapping the "My Tickets & Passes" tile. Next, tap the "+" in the top right and then "Link Tickets & Passes." Once your tickets have been linked, you can tap the "+" at the bottom center of the screen and then tap
"Make a Park Reservation" to secure your theme park reservations.
If you purchased your tickets directly from the Disneyland website, you might already have made a theme park reservation when you selected the date of your visit during purchase. To double-check if this is the case, go back to the menu in the Disneyland app by tapping the "☰" and then "Future Plans." Here you will see all of your confirmed theme park reservations. If you see reservations for the date of your visit, you're good to go.
It looks like you will be visiting Disneyland on the first
Disneyland After Dark: Star Wars Nite of the year. This means that Disneyland will be closing early, at 8:00 PM, for this special event. You can
check all park hours in the Disneyland app and if you have a
Park Hopper ticket, you can keep the magic going for another hour and finish your day at California Adventure. Nothing beats a goodnight kiss viewing of
World of Color Happiness!Zetta, I hope this gives you everything you need to make your reservations so you can get to planning more of the fun stuff. Let us know if there's anything else that we can help with. Until then, here's wishing you a magical time at the Happiest Place on Earth!
