The
My Disney Experience mobile app brings all your planning at the tip of your fingertips to manage before, during, and even after your Disney vacation.
I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing technical glitches, Marcie, this has happened to me, but rest assured, I’ll give you some tips.
1. Please turn your phone off and then restart it.
2. Try deleting the My Disney Experience app and re-install it.
3. Please perform any new updates.
4. Contact the
My Disney Experience Team if issues persist.
In the meantime, for immediate resolution please go to your computer browser and head to www.disneyworld.disney.go.com log in, and go to “My Disney Experience” on the far right at the top, to perform
linking reservations and purchases and to also update your information.
In preparation for your Disney vacation, please be sure to make your
Disney Park Pass reservations using your valid theme park admission to ensure you visit the theme parks of your choice.
Lastly, I invite you to read through the
Disney Genie and Disney Genie+ service to make your theme park touring efficient and easier.
Disney Tidbit - once your My Disney Experience app is functional, take a look at the
Disney MagicMobile Service, a digital pass to link and access vacation entitlements. I was able to store my theme park ticket digitally in my phone wallet and I just loved that!
