Welcome to planDisney, we are so happy you took the time to reach out to us with your question. First of all, congratulations on winning Theme Park Tickets, I can't think of a more magical prize to win I bet you are really excited to use them!
Due to the temporary closure of Disneyland Resort last year, most Theme Park Tickets have automatically had their expiry dates extended. You may need to try and link your Theme Park Tickets to your Disney Account before making Theme Park Reservations, but don't worry the process is quick and easy! In order to link your Theme Park Tickets on the
Disneyland Resort website, sign into your
Disney Account and the select "My Disneyland" and scroll down to "Link Tickets". Next, follow the prompts to add your Theme Park Tickets to your account. If you would like to use the
Disneyland Mobile App, choose "Tickets & Passes" and then "Link Tickets & Passes". From there, either scan the barcode of your Theme Park Ticket or enter the ID number to complete the process.
Once your Theme Park Tickets are linked, to make your
Theme Park Reservations on the Disneyland Resort website, select "Tickets and Reservation Details from the Parks & Tickets drop down. On the Disneyland Mobile app, choose "Tickets and Reservation Details". If after linking your Theme Park Tickets you are still unable to make a Theme Park Reservation, I suggest calling
Ticket Services where a Cast Member will be able to assist with your Theme Park Tickets in real time.
