    I am trying to make a reservation and it wont allow me. Why is that?

    I hope you’re ready for a magical vacation! 

    If you purchased your Disneyland Resort theme park tickets on the Theme Park Tickets and Reservations page then you should already have reservations linked with your tickets! The Disneyland Resort rolled out a new all-at-the-same-time process earlier this year that made linking reservations and tickets much easier! 

    All you need to do to make sure that you have valid admission AND theme park reservations is visit the “My Theme Park Reservations” page on the Disneyland Resort website or the “My Plans” page on the Disneyland Mobile App

    If you are not seeing those reservations and you’re still unable to make reservations, I’d recommend using the “Chat with Us” feature on the Disneyland Mobile App or calling a Cast Member at Website Support at (714) 520-6222.
