planDisney. I cannot believe the month is finally here, we are just a few short days away from the
reopening of the Disneyland Resort. I’m so happy I am jumping up and down with excitement!
I am so sorry to hear that you are having some issues with your Theme Park Tickets, hopefully, we can get to the bottom of this in no time. It sounds like you have already linked your tickets to either the
Disneyland Resort website or the
mobile app. Sometimes I find that it takes a couple of minutes for the app or website, whichever I am working on, to register the changes I’ve made. So if you’ve already linked your ticket, try logging out and back into your
Disney account. If that still doesn’t seem to help, I recommend switching the platform you are using. For example, if you are using the mobile app, try the website or vice versa. If none of these recommendations solve the problem, I suggest
calling Ticket services to speak with a Cast Member. A Cast Member will be more than happy to help you navigate through this problem. Please be patient, as call volumes have increased, since we are so close to this very exciting reopening. Mickey and all his Pals are working extremely hard in preparation for your arrival!
Don’t worry Partner, I’m sure this mix-up will be fixed in no time and you will be able to make your
Theme Park Reservations. Just think, in no time you will be going
