    Hi I am trying to make a reservation but after I selected a stateroom, it only says stateroom is updated and if I add this reservation to a cart, the cart is still empty and I cannot process my reservation to next step.

    Ahoy there, Jaehye, and welcome to planDisney. Sometimes Stitch, Experiment 626, gets into the Disney Cruise Line website and creates problems for Guests ready to set sail with a ship in the Disney Cruise Line fleet. There are so many wonderful Disney Cruise Line itineraries to paradise and beyond.

    I think this is an IT issue that may be rooted in your browser. Follow these steps to fix the issue and book a stateroom.

    1. Clear your cookies and cache
    2. Try a private browser such as "Incognito" for Chrome or "InPrivate" for Edge
    3. Try a different device like an iPad or other computer
    4. Update your computer if needed

    If none of those work then you should contact a Cruise Vacation Planners by phone and they will help you. Agents are available Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 10:00 pm or Saturday - Sunday 9:00 am to 8:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. Please note that Korean Standard Time is 14 hours ahead of Eastern Standard Time.
