Tiffany from FL Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I am trying to make a reservation at Remy for the July 2-9 cruise. The website is not allowing me to make a reservation for anybody in my family that is in another stateroom. The phone line for Disney Cruise Lines is not working.

Ahoy there, Tiffany! Welcome to planDisney, and thanks for sailing my way with your question! July will be here before you know it, but it looks like you're getting a great head-start on booking your activities!

Speaking of activities, Remy is a fantastic experience and I'm so glad you're looking to make a reservation for you and your family! My wife and I have only been once, but when we went, we did it ALL - the complete dining experience plus the wine pairing! It's easily one of the best meals we've had in our lives, and one that I'm not sure we'll ever be able to do again, but the memories we have of those moments will last us a lifetime! I guess you could say you've got great TASTE...

Now, reservations for Remy, like those for Palo, Port Adventures, and even activities like beverage tastings become available based on the booking windows that correspond to your Castaway Club member status. Since your sailing is currently 110 days away, I take it you are either a Platinum Castaway Club member or staying in Concierge stateroom accommodations! If other members of your party are not at your level, that could be why they aren't available to add to the Remy reservation. Remember: each stateroom's booking window will be determined by the highest-ranking member, and this status is unfortunately not shared across your entire party, even with linked reservations. The good news is Gold member windows open up at 105 days, Silver at 90 and first-time cruisers at 75 days.

Once the booking windows for the other members of your crew open up, they should be able to make reservations as well. I'd usually suggest calling a crew member to link those Remy reservations together so you can sit together, but since you're experiencing difficulties with the phone line, I'd suggest reaching out to a crew member via chat or email to do the same!

Oh, and one more planDrew-approved tip: be sure to arrive a bit early for your reservation and maybe take in a pre-dinner cocktail or other specialty beverage in Meridian - located right between Remy and Palo and is a bit of a hidden gem on the ship!

I hope that helps you set a course for the great culinary adventure that is Remy, Tiffany! I know that you're going to have an incredible time with your family, and hope it's as memorable for you as it was for my family! Thank you so much for your question, and if any others bubble up to the surface as you finalize your plans, please sail our way again here at planDisney.

    And remember, "Anyone Can Cook!"
