    I have been trying to make reservation and purchase tickets for disneyland park but everytime i checkout it gives an error saying payment cant b processed try another card. Tried but not working!!

    Hey there, Awaleen! Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney. I’m sorry to hear you’re having technical issues purchasing your tickets and making reservations. I know it can be frustrating when you’re trying to finalize your plans. 

    When I have issues accessing content on the website or using certain payment methods, my typical troubleshooting path is to try another device, try a different browser, and/or reboot. If I still have issues, I either wait a day (if I have enough lead time before my trip) or I contact the Website Support team for further help.
