dining reservation and he was prompted to change his password. That may be a helpful next step for you, too. Another idea is to ensure that you've added or updated a payment method in your Disney account. This is because many reservations require a credit card guarantee at the time of booking, and it may not allow you to proceed without this in place. If you are referring to a
theme park reservation booking, I suggest that you ensure your
tickets are properly linked to your account and then use the "
Make or Modify Theme Park Reservation" option to secure your reservations. I hope one of these strategies is helpful to resolve any issues!
Ellen, you may absolutely
call and speak to a Cast Member about your reservations. You can certainly call the general Guest Services line, but I might also recommend the Website Support line in order to get some technical assistance with your account. If it were me, I would definitely want to make sure my account was free of any tech problems in order to fully utilize the
Disneyland mobile app during my visit! I always use it to scan tickets, place mobile food & beverage orders, and utilize
Disney Genie+ Service. It's a must-use tool for me and my family!
