Walt Disney World vacation can be so magical--it's worth the wait!
In your
My Disney Experience account, be sure that your
Walt Disney World Annual Pass appears under the "Tickets" tab. Once the system has your valid ticket in place, you should be able to make a reservation in the
Disney Park Pass System. If there is a glitch in the system, a little pixie dust from a helpful Cast Member will be able to smooth that out for you.
Over the years, there have been times when I must have called Walt Disney World Dining, V.I.PASSHOLDER Support, or even Disney Vacation Club at the exact same time many other Guests decided to plan their own vacations. You may notice that there is practically no wait another you time call, so hang in there!
When I last called about my daughter's Walt Disney World Annual Pass, I got right through to a Cast Member who was able to answer all of my questions. A week later, calling about my own, it took quite a bit longer to reach someone--but again, so worth the wait! All of the perks and benefits of that Annual Pass add so much value to each visit, you'll be glad you kept it.
Once that glitch is fixed, you should have smooth sailing from then on. Making reservations in the Disney Park Pass system is a breeze, so once your ticket is properly linked to your account you'll see how easy it is to navigate.
