Hello and welcome to planDisney, Leana. We're so glad you stopped by with this question and I'm delighted to help.
Oh, bother. I'm sorry to hear that you are getting this error message. The good news is that it most likely means that you already have a
theme park reservation. When you purchase a theme park ticket at the Disneyland website or from the
Disneyland app, you're required to select the day of your visit, which also creates a theme park reservation for you. To double-check this, you can log into your MyDisney account at the Disneyland site and select "My Plans" under the heading "My Disneyland" toward the top right, and you'll be taken to a page with all of your theme park reservations. You can also find this in the Disneyland app by tapping the "☰" in the bottom right to open the menu, followed by scrolling down and tapping "Future Plans." You should see a theme park reservation for the day of your visit, which means you're good to go!
It's a
wonderful year to visit the Disneyland Resort with so many magical things in store. The
Lunar New Year Celebration will start next week in Disney California Adventure Park. I can't wait to sample as many
delectable eats at the Lunar New Year Marketplaces as I can.
Leana, I hope this is helpful and puts your mind at ease as you get ready for your visit. Let us know if we can help with anything else. Here's wishing you a wonderful time at the Happiest Place on Earth!
