I am trying to make my reservation for May 5th. Why is it telling me the URL is not any good?? We had no problem spending almost $800 on tickets, but we cannot confirm our date?

Hey there, hi there Shanna! Thanks for stopping by planDisney where you’re always welcome as can be.

You must be so excited to have secured tickets for your return to the magic. I can’t believe we’re only days away from the historic reopening of the Disneyland Resort theme parks. Be sure to tune in here to experience the magic from home.

Like you, so many Mouseketeers were online at the same time last week looking to purchase tickets and make theme park reservations for the big reopening, and you likely experienced some delays or website glitches en route to finalizing your plans. These days, things are running much smoother, so if you’re still looking to make theme park reservations, it shouldn’t be a problem.

I checked the theme park reservation availability calendar, and there are still plenty of reservations remaining in May for Disney California Adventure Park and in June for both theme parks. Remember, if one park is sold out on the day you are hoping to visit, you can still go after 1:00 PM if your ticket includes the Park Hopper option

I hope everything works out for you, Shanna! Before you know it you’ll be walking right down the middle of Main Street U.S.A. once again. Have a churro and some popcorn for me! Thanks again for coming by planDisney, and we’ll see ya real soon!
