I was trying to make a reservation at For January 2025. Has the policy changed that you can book 500 days out?

    Welcome to planDisney!

I'm happy to see that you are looking ahead and planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation in January 2025!  January is a great time of year to visit as the weather is often mild and the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts is typically delighting the senses with fantastic food, amazing art, and enticing entertainment.

Currently, Walt Disney World Resort is booking vacation packages through the end of 2024.  I would suggest keeping an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for updates on when bookings will open for next year.

In the meantime, you can start daydreaming about your magical vacation!  I like to start by selecting my resort.  Within the Disney Resorts Collection, there are accommodation options for all budgets and to fit the interests and needs of everyone.  If you're traveling with young children, I love the theming at Disney's All-Star Movies Resort or the opportunity to take a walk on the wild side at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge.  Another recommendation I can share is Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa.  Our family stayed there several years ago and found it to be a quiet and peaceful alternative to the hustle and bustle of the busy theme parks.

I hope you have a wonderful time planning your vacation!  If you have additional questions, feel free to stop by and ask me or any of my planDisney pals - we're all ears!

    See ya real soon,
    Kristi
