I am trying to make a reservation for the garden tea room but it is not an option to select. We are ~170 days out. Will availability open closer to the wanted date?

Greetings and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Joan, we thank you for your question!

What a lovely activity you have selected with Afternoon Tea at Garden View Tea Room. You will bask in the Victorian-themed grandeur of Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa as you enjoy your collection of international teas, scones, pastries and sandwiches; how very quaint this will be in a British sort of way.

Advance Dining Reservations begin as far out as 180 days from your scheduled visit and the calendar for booking is filling in nicely for your choice of date for your Afternoon Tea at the Garden View Tea Room, which you also have the option of tea times in the morning as well.

Did you know that little princesses can enjoy their special tea at Disney's Perfectly Princess Tea, which includes a visit from a real Disney Princess?

Tip: If your Advance Dining Reservation is near 3:30 PM, take a peek over at the Main Lobby for The Royal Princess Promenade. You’ll see Cinderella and Prince Charming make their way down the Grand Staircase to the open Lobby area in front of the Garden View Tea Room for a regal dance, joined by all the little prince and princesses. It’s adorable.

We hope this information is helpful, Joan, wish you a practically perfect tea and would be honored to assist you again soon with your Disney planning.

    Magical Disney Wishes and Dreams!
