Hi Moms!!! I am trying to make a reservation for dinner at Chef Mickey's on mid Dec, but believe or not, its sold out with 3 months in advance. My question is if there is a way to stay in a kind of "waiting list"?

    Hi Sergio,

Guess what??  I'm not shocked that you're not able to secure a reservation at Chef Mickey's.  There are a couple of reasons why it is probably booked - Holiday Season and it's a popular restaurant.  It can be frustrating when you are not able to secure your dream reservation at one of the many Walt Disney World restaurants.

You have the option to ask the Host/Hostess if there are any walk-in spots available; however, please do not be surprised if you hear "No".  It really depends on the time that you are trying to get a walk-in reservation.  I've attempted to get a walk-in reservation in the past and had to wait an hour or I was simply told they did not have any spots available.

Let me suggest that you keep calling and trying to secure a reservation before your vacation.  Guests switch and cancel their reservations all the time.  You never know when you may get lucky!

    Have a magical day!
