    I am trying to make a reservation at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique at the Grand Floridian, but whenever I try it just says Something Went Wrong, please try again later. Can you please help?

    Hi, Nicole!  Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    I am so excited to hEAR that you are planning to book a Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique appointment for your little princess or knight!  Some of my favorite Walt Disney World Resort memories are of visiting Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique with my daughter when she was younger.  I will never forget the look on her face when she caught that first glimpse of herself in the mirror after her magical makeover!

    Due to the popularity of this experience, Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique recently expanded to include a third Walt Disney World Resort location, found at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.  This new location is absolutely gorgeous!  It's the perfect setting for a regal transformation.  While you're visiting Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, I might also recommend making a reservation for Disney's Perfectly Princess Tea Party.

    I'm so sorry that you ran into some difficulty with booking a Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique appointment.  Perhaps Stitch was up to no good and causing a website glitch.  I would recommend trying again online, then if you run into the same problem, try calling (407) WDW-GLAM or (407) 939-4526.
