    I have been trying to make a reservation for Aug. 25th for Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular Dessert Party at Disney's Hollywood Studios, but the date only goes up to August 24th. I'm just wondering why? Thanks!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Dessert Parties are a fantastic addition to a Disney day. The theme parks are always magical, but there's something extra special about the theme parks after dark. A dessert party is a perfect way to make your night even more special because you can enjoy some incredible treats before viewing that evening's nighttime spectacular from a reserved, preferred location!

    You are correct that Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular Dessert Party is currently scheduled through August 24. There haven't been any announcements about the future of this dessert party and we don't have any indication that this dessert party will be ending. In my experience, additional dates for dessert parties are often added as my vacation dates approach, so I recommend that you keep checking back for additional dessert party availability as your trip approaches.

    Keep in mind that there are quite a few changes headed to Disney's Hollywood Studios when Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge opens on August 29 and we don't yet have all of the information about the magic Guests can expect to enjoy in the theme park when it opens. So I recommend that you also keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog to get the latest announcements about Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular Dessert Party and the other special events you will be able to enjoy during your vacation.
