Hi Khai, I'm happy to help. My absolute favorite Moderate Resort is
Disney's Port Orleans French Quarter. The theme of this resort is that of New Orleans' French Quarter, with wrought-iron railings, quaint little landscaped areas and buildings that make you feel like you just strolled into history. It's a wonderful resort choice for young children because the pool area features a giant sea serpent that doubles as a water slide. There is a kiddie pool as well as some fun alligators that spray water.
Port Orleans French Quarter has a great food court where you can even get fresh beignets! If you'd like a table service restaurant, it's just a short walk or boat ride away at the sister resort, Port Orleans Riverside. From either hotel you can grab a boat over to the Downtown Disney area as well. My family loved it at both places and I think they are a great, convenient choice for any family.
Another popular option is
Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort. This resort has an amazing pirate-themed pool area and Pirate or Nemo themed rooms are also available. There is also a food court here where you can even get a kids meal served in a sand pail with a shovel! My one caution with this resort is it is very large and spread out, so if you are at one of the more removed buildings, you may have a bit of a trek to get to the main dining and feature pool area. (Shuttles are provided too.) There are other quiet pools throughout the resort, however.
I hope this gives you a little idea about what to expect at each of the resorts above. Check out the links and see which one looks like a fit for your family. If you have any other questions about a specific resort or what your family might need, please don't hesitate to ask! :)
