    Hello, I am trying to request a specific area in our hotel/ or room. Is there an email I can send my request to? I tried to do it during my online check-in but it did not allow it. We are staying at Animal Kingdom Lodge. Thanks!

    Thank you for visiting the Moms Panel!

    I do not know of an email address, but what I would recommend (I do this prior to every visit) is send a letter in the mail to the Front Desk of Disneys Animal Kingdom Lodge, giving details of your room request, and please include your name, check--in date, and reservation number.  Try to send the letter to arrive 3-4 days before your check-in date (rooms are not allocated many days before this, so it is advisable not to send it too early).    While nothing can be guaranteed, it is always worth making a request.  You could also phone the resort if you prefer.  The address and telephone numbers are:
