Hello! I am trying to request a DAS for my daughter who has autism but none of the links that have been shared with me work. Not even the ones I was able to find in the webpage. They all take me back to the Disney Mexico Homepage. Can someone help me?

¡Hola, Gaby! Welcome to planDisney! I just LOVE it when other Mexicans stop by here with their questions. I'm so glad I get to help you out today!

Unfortunately, the Disability Access Service pre-registration process is only available to Guests visiting from the United States and Canada, which is why you're being redirected to the Mexican homepage. All other international Guests who wish to apply for the service will need to do so in person at any Guest Relations location throughout the Walt Disney World Resort, but don't worry! It will be over pretty quickly, and if your daughter is approved, the Cast Members will teach you how to use the service right then and there.

Gaby, I can see that you'll be visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth in just a few more weeks. How exciting! I suggest that you don't miss out on the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. I'm sure that you and your daughter will have a wonderful time admiring all the character topiaries, eating around the World Showcase, and so much more! In addition to this, you will be able to watch Happily Ever After at Magic Kingdom Park. It's my favorite nighttime spectacular, and it will have finally returned by the time you're in Orlando!

I hope this helps, Gaby. If you have any other questions in English o en españolplease don't hesitate to come back here so we may assist you further. Have a magical day!

    Warm hugs,

    Ana Paula
