I was trying to renewing my annual passes on line but it won't bring me to the right screen can anyone help me with this please. Thank you

    Hello Shirley!

Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I actually just renewed my Walt Disney World Annual Pass. I was able to find the correct page when logging into My Disney Experience, choosing" Annual Passholders," and on the Walt Disney World Passholder Program page, on the left I clicked the tab that said, "Renewal Information." At times I haven't been able to access the Passholder page depending on the browser I've used. If you continue to have difficulty, I suggest calling (407) 560-PASS or (407) 560-7277 and renewing your Annual Pass over the phone.

I was giddy renewing my Annual Pass knowing it was time to plan my next Walt Disney World vacations! If you have any other questions, please come back and see us real soon!
