I am trying to renew two Imagine passes, however the renewal page is only allowing me to renew my pass. Our passes are linked, how do I add both passes? Also, am I able to put the socal resident downpayment for renewal? Thank you.

Well hello there, Kaila, and welcome to planDisney! It's truly wonderful to have you here! We're all ears when it comes to your Disneyland Magic Key questions, and we're absolutely delighted to help!

First, let's talk about renewing those magical passes! It sounds like you're ready to continue your enchanting adventures at the Disneyland Resort, but you've run into a little snag renewing both of your Imagine passes at once. Fear not! Just like Cinderella's Fairy Godmother, we're here to make your wishes come true!

Your Magic Key unlocks a year of magic, and it has a special 30-day renewal window to keep that magic going! You can renew up to 30 days before the pass expires. Could it be that your second pass isn't quite within that 30-day timeframe yet? That might explain why you're only seeing the option to upgrade just one for now.

Now, if that’s not it, let's consider who purchased these Magic Keys. Were they both purchased within your own Disney account? Or did another person purchase their own Magic Key separately and then link it to yours? Even though the passes are linked for shared magical experiences, each Magic Key can only be renewed in the account where it was originally purchased. A knowledgeable Cast Member confirmed this important detail!

If you would like to manage both of your Magic Keys in one account, you can make this happen by reaching out to a Cast Member. You can call the dedicated Magic Key holders phone line or visit a Guest Relations location during your next visit to the Disneyland Resort. They will happily assist you with transferring the ownership of the pass so you are ready for your next adventure.

Now, for the most exciting update—the down payment! I have some news that's as sweet as a Dole Whip on a hot day: Magic Key renewals don't require a down payment at all! Hooray! That's right, you can keep that treasure tucked away. Down payments are only needed when you're embarking on a brand new Magic Key adventure.

And here's a tip that's sweeter than a churro (since we’re on the food theme here)! Since you're saving that down payment, why not treat yourself to even more magical delights during your next visit? Think of all the beignets, Mickey pretzels, and popcorn buckets you can enjoy! Plus, your Magic Key pass unlocks delicious dining discounts and merchandise savings, so you can stock up on even more souvenirs to remember your adventures. It's like having your cake (or Mickey waffle!) and eating it too!

Kaila, I hope this helps clear up any confusion and gets you back to dreaming of your next Disneyland Resort visit! If you have any more questions, don't hesitate to send them our way. We're always here to help make your Disney dreams come true, one magical answer at a time!
