Brandon, Walt Disney World has currently paused new
Annual Pass sales across all tiers except the Pixie Dust Pass tier. The great news is that current Walt Disney World Passholders are not affected by this sales pause. I spoke with a Guest Services Cast Member and confirmed that as long as you are within your renewal window, you should have no issues renewing or upgrading your current pass. The renewal window runs from 60 days before your pass expires to 30 days after the expiration date. I recommend speaking with an
Annual Passholder Cast Member at (407) 560 - 7277 for further assistance. The Cast Member should have access to your account to give you more direct feedback.
