I'm sorry to hear you're having some trouble navigating the renewal process for your
Disneyland Resort Magic Key Pass. I'll be happy to walk you through some important steps. As you might already know, Magic Key Passes may be renewed only during their renewal window, which is currently up to 30 days prior to the expiration date. You will need to log in to your Disney account and navigate to the
Renew Passes page to locate your Magic Key Pass and its expiration date. If it is eligible for renewal, you will see it listed and follow the prompts to complete your renewal transaction.
If another Guest purchased your Magic Key Pass on your behalf, it may not appear as eligible to be renewed under your Disney account. In this case, the original purchaser would likely be able to see it listed under their Disney account and could initiate the renewal process for you. Or, you could opt to call the
dedicated Magic Key Holder's line to speak with a Cast Member and request your Magic Key Pass be transferred to your account so that you can manage it directly.
