Hi! When trying to remove someone from the Friends and Family list, what does it mean when it says that I can't remove them because they have an active admission? All Magic Bands are inactive and we haven't traveled together for years. Thanks!

Hiya Barrie! I am happy you found us here at planDisney to ask your question about MyDisneyExperience.

I, too, have had this happen to me. I am in my MyDisneyExperience website, I head to my Friends and Family list, only to find a boatload of people who don’t need to be there. So, I start removing them and get stuck because it says someone has an “active admission”. I think this went on with my son for YEARS!

To solve my issue, I called the MyDisneyExperience help desk. Since I felt like this wasn’t an issue I could solve on my own. The cast member I spoke to was lovely, and she helped me do a variety of things, including removing some of those stragglers who I hadn’t traveled with in ages. The cast member also deleted a duplicate account that had somehow been created for me (Hello, Tracy, and second Tracy), and delete another account that I managed. All in all, the phone call was totally worth the time spent.

I hope you find yourself planning a Walt Disney World vacation very soon with those Friends and Family who make the “cut”!

    Happy Planning,
    Tracy

GAWRSH! Hiya pals! I am a Goofy-loving mom of 2, who is married to my real-life Prince Charming. My family supports my passion for all things Disney. Walt Disney World was my very first vacation, when I was just 3 months old, and I recently completed my 73rd trip to a Disney location! I have been fortune enough to parasail high above the Disney Fantasy, attend opening day of Batuu, snorkel in the lagoon at Disney's Aulani, and SO MUCH MORE! I can't wait to help you plan your Disney vacation!
