I am trying to register my child with his DAS pass before our planned trip 4/17-4/20 but can’t find where to do this

    Oh boy, hiya, Rebecca!

I’m so glad to welcome you to planDisney! Thanks for reaching out to us here. I'm excited to help you out with your question about making sure your little one has the most magical time possible at the Disneyland Resort. You should know that at The Happiest Place On Earth, everyone is welcome.

Now, if you or your little Mouseketeer have trouble waiting in line, the special service called the Disability Access Service (DAS) can surely help. It's completely free and allows guests to schedule return times for attractions instead of waiting in line.

I see that you are planning your visit for this month, Rebecca. That's perfect timing to pre-register for DAS, which can be done 2 to 30 days before your trip. You can even request a live video chat with a Cast Member to get started. Just make sure your device has a working camera and microphone so we can take a photo of you and your little one during the chat, which should only take about 10 minutes. The Cast Member will also ask you some questions and sprinkle some extra pixie dust to make sure your family has everything they need for a magical adventure.

If it's easier for you, you can also call Disability Services at (407) 560-2547 or send an email to

Rebecca, have you downloaded the Disneyland Mobile App yet? You'll need it to scan your tickets when you arrive, but it's also where your DAS Advance will be linked. This is where you can select return times throughout the day, and even order food to pick up while you're enjoying the parks. Personally, I love placing mobile orders for meals, snacks, and beverages so that I’m always one jump ahead of the crowds when I’m ready to eat!

I sure hope this helps, Rebecca! It's been swell helping you out, and if you have any more questions, you know you can always count on me to lend a helping hand so just follow up with me directly. See ya real soon!

    Your pal,
