Hello and welcome to planDisney, Sheneika. I, too, am a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder and I absolutely love the program.
Since the reopening of Walt Disney World last summer, Walt Disney World Annual Passholders have only been able to hold 3
park pass reservations at a time without a resort stay connected to their MyDisneyExperience account. So for instance, if you are staying off property for your upcoming vacation that could be the reason you are only able to hold 3 park pass reservations. I actually stay off property quite a bit when I visit Walt Disney World and it has been a little bit tricky to navigate the Walt Disney World Theme Parks this way, but I've been able to make it work just fine.
The good news, Sheneika, is that Walt Disney World just announced that
new Walt Disney World Annual Passes go on sale on September 8th. With this announcement came a few changes to the Walt Disney World Annual Pass program. We are seeing a restructuring of the tiers and even some name changes. Depending on what level of annual pass you have, you might be seeing an increase in the number of park pass reservations you are able to hold at one time. The highest level of annual passes are getting an upgrade to be able to hold 5 park pass reservations at one time without a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel stay connected to their account. This change takes place starting September 8th and I couldn't be more excited about it.
If your Walt Disney World vacation happens to be after September 8th, then you just have to wait a few more days to be able to possibly make more park pass reservations based on your annual pass tier. If not, once you are there on vacation and use a park pass reservation, you'll be able to make another one right away. They are on a rolling system. As soon as you scan into the parks, you'll be able to log into the app right then and there to make another one for a different day.
I hope this helps! If you have any other questions about park pass reservations or anything else, please feel free to stop back by and
ask me. I'm happy to help. Have fun and happy planning!
