Hi there, Tara - welcome to
planDisney!
I'm so excited for your upcoming trip next year! Visiting Walt Disney World Resort in Spring is fantastic, and I'm sure you'll have no trouble finding delectable dining options with outdoor seating. I have several Walt Disney World Resort trips under my belt that all involved dining exclusively outdoors - I'll go ahead and share some of my favorites!
At EPCOT, you'll have plenty of options as part of the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. With all the amazing Outdoor Kitchens you'll have an endless variety of options along with plenty of outdoor seating. Also at EPCOT,
Spice Road Table in the Morocco Pavilion is one of my favorite places to eat, period, and they have amazing outdoor, covered, waterfront seating. They even offer
special fireworks dining packages if you'd like to enjoy dinner and a reserved front-row seat to enjoy
Harmonious!
Disney's Hollywood Studios also offers some great options, including
Baseline Tap House if you want to grab a drink and a snack.
The Hollywood Brown Derby Lounge also offers a small menu of appetizers and a full bar with outdoor seating. There are several Quick Service locations with outdoor dining available as well.
Disney's Animal Kingdom offers several phenomenal Quick Service dining locations with outdoor seating, like
Flame Tree Barbeque. You'll also find one of my absolute favorite spots in this park -
Nomad Lounge! You can request to be seated outdoors on the covered deck. The food and drinks are fantastic, and you never know who might float by on the waterways while you relax in the shade!
Options at Magic Kingdom Park are a bit more limited, but you won't go hungry - there are plenty of places to sit outside and eat, and most Quick Service dining locations in the park have nearby outdoor dining spaces. I also encourage you to check out Disney Springs if you're interested in some higher-end options with great outdoor seating. Two of my favorites are
The BOATHOUSE and
Wine Bar George. Both offer amazing menus and atmosphere and have plenty of outdoor seating with full table service.
So, while there may not be an official list of outdoor dining spots, you'll be surrounded by quite a few options no matter where you go at Walt Disney World Resort! From my experience, with the exception of the places I mentioned at Disney Springs, most options with outdoor seating do not take reservations. You'll either use
Mobile Order or join the
Mobile Dine Walk-Up list in the My Disney Experience Mobile App.
I hope this information is helpful, Tara - let us know if you have any additional questions during your planning journey!
