I’m sorry to hear that you’ve been having some trouble reassigning your ticket within the
My Disney Experience mobile app. Hopefully some of the tips below will help!
First, I suggest signing out of your app then signing back into it. Also, make sure that your app is up to date within your phone’s applications. After both are done, simply sign back in and go to “Tickets and Passes” to reassign that ticket. Maybe your app just needed a quick refresh!
If this doesn’t work, let’s try reassigning on My Disney Experience online.
Sign in via the Walt Disney World Resort Website and once you’re in go to the “My Plans” section. If you scroll a bit, you’ll see two tabs “Daily Itinerary” and “Tickets and Memory Maker”, select “Tickets and Memory Maker”. Now just look for the guest and select “Reassign Ticket”!
If neither of the above helps, I suggest reaching back out to the
My Disney Experience and MagicBands help desk. One thing I like to do is call first thing in the morning. I set a reminder around 7:00 a.m. so I can get in the call queue, maybe try doing this one day to see if it’ll make a difference!
