I have been trying to reach someone about my tickets as I accidentally put the wrong age but Disneyland says there are too many callers. Can I update my ticket ages at the actual park once we arrive and pay the difference?

Hey there, Julian. Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for taking the time to stop by with your question for us.

How delightful that you will be visiting the Happiest Place on Earth next week! I bet you’re happily counting down the number of sleeps before you stroll down Main Street, U.S.A. We’ve been experiencing high volume of questions as many Guests plan their return to a land of Magic; we truly appreciate your patience.

Julian, I’m guessing you’ve already made theme park reservations for your visit next week. Since park reservations can run out, I highly recommend keeping your current tickets as they are. Once you’ve arrived at the Disneyland Resort Main Entrance, head to one of the ticket booths to upgrade the tickets that you accidentally purchased and pay the difference. A friendly Cast Member will gladly provide assistance to you and help you with correcting the tickets, without relinquishing the park reservations you’ve already made. Soon, you’ll be on your way to experience all the pixie-dusted fun!

If you have additional questions, please don’t hesitate to visit us on planDisney again. We’re all EARS!

    See ya real soon,
    Kiki

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings from Northern California! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
