I'm so sorry to hear that you've been having a difficult time reaching the Disney Cruise Line. Due to a recent systems upgrade and some enhancements happening on the website, wait times to reach an agent by phone have been elevated. You are not alone! I call Disney Cruise Line on a regular basis and have been experiencing wait times as you mentioned. I find it best to call early in the day.
Alternatively, you can reach out via the chat option if it is available when you are on the website. Sign in to your profile and then head to the
Help Center on the website to see if the option to chat appears.
If you are needing to request assistance with Special Services, there is a dedicated line and email address for these requests. You can find it under the Request Special Services heading
