Hi there, Tal!
I use
Disney Gift Cards all the time for our Disneyland Resort purchases. Just recently, I purchased
theme park tickets for my family to use this month.
Generally, purchases online or in the
Disneyland mobile app may be done with up to one Disney Gift Card at a time. So what I did was link my gift cards to my account on the
Disney Gift Card website. There, I combined multiple cards into a single card. The site allows you to combine up to $1000 onto a single card. Then, I used that one card to make our ticket purchase. If you have a large group that may require a purchase greater than $1000, it is OK to make multiple ticket purchase transactions. As long as everyone has the same date and starting park for their separate
theme park reservations, you can still enter a theme park together.
Tony’s Tip: Disney Gift Cards are accepted nearly everywhere inside the Disneyland Resort theme parks and all Disney-operated stores in the
Downtown Disney District. Even balloon vendors on
Buena Vista Street and
Main Street, U.S.A. accept gift cards and credit cards. There are some places you won’t need a gift card or any other payment method. Some examples include the fun
fortune teller experiences in Disneyland Park that can be enjoyed without extra cost by using the Play
Disney Parks app.
I hope you have a magical time, Tal!
