I’m sorry you are having trouble purchasing
theme park tickets! There are several ways we can try to ensure you can purchase tickets to visit the
Happiest Place on Earth! All it will take is
faith, trust, and a little pixie dust!
If it is a technology issue, perhaps a full computer restart is needed. Log out of your Disney account and complete a full restart. If you are attempting to purchase from a mobile phone through the
Disneyland app, check and see that you are using the most up-to-date feature and update it if necessary. Then attempt again to purchase tickets.
If those tricks don’t work, don’t fear! You can speak with a friendly Cast Member on the
Tickets line for further assistance! They will be able to review your account, help with ticket purchases, and can also offer support in selecting
theme park reservations, which are required along with theme park tickets for park admission. Then all that’s left is to count down the days until you visit the Disneyland Resort!
