Hi Lori! Thanks for visiting planDisney.
I'm so sorry you experienced difficulty with your transaction. Sometimes Stitch gets in the wires and messes things up. The good news is you won't have to show your method of payment at the entrance when visiting the parks. You'll simply show your
admission ticket and along with your theme park reservation, you'll be ready for a day of fun! So if you have an alternate credit card you'd like to use that appears to work, go for it! You can always call to speak with a friendly Cast Member on the
Tickets phone line. They'd be happy to assist you with the transaction.
I love a solo trip! What do you have planned? Do you have any
dining reservations lined up? I ask because you'll need a credit card to hold those too, but it won't be charged unless you don't show up. Check out the individual dining location pages for their specific cancelation terms, which can be different and subject to change. I love an elevated dining experience, so my top two choices are Napa Rose in Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa and Carthay Circle Restaurant on Buena Vista Street in Disney California Adventure Park. If you enjoy a glass of wine with your meal and a quieter environment after a day of fun in the parks, these dining spots are both great choices.
Some
Enchanting Extras require that you book using a credit card as well. These are immersive and extra-special experiences that elevate a visit into something even more wonderful. Be sure to let them know you're using a different card than the one you used to book just in case!
Have a magical day!
Elizabeth
