    I am trying to purchase tickets on line for this Saturday, January 28 , 2023 and it is crossed out . Why can’t I buy tickets for that date ?

    Hi Margot! Welcome to planDisney! Thanks so much for stopping by and sending your question our way.

    When planning to visit The Happiest Place on Earth, you will need a theme park reservation for each day that you would like to visit Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park. If a date is crossed out, it means that there are not any theme park reservations available and you cannot purchase theme park tickets for that date. Theme park reservations are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. I just checked the Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar and there are still not any reservations available for the date you would like to visit. I would suggest checking for a future date and once you decide, I would purchase theme park tickets and make theme park reservations right away.

    The Disney100 Celebration is just days away and that is probably why the date you would like to visit is not available. I hope you can plan to visit the magic and enjoy this pixie-dusted celebration at a later date. We would be happy to answer your planning questions at planDisney!
