Hi Kameron! Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. Let's see if we can banish that electronic villain and help you get back on track toward planning your magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
I'm so sorry you're having trouble ordering your Walt Disney World tickets. As a Florida resident, there have been times when I've needed to order tickets for our non-resident friends and family, so I do know a way to access tickets for Guests who live outside of Florida. If you go to the
Admission & Tickets page on the main Walt Disney World website, you may see Florida Resident Ticket offers listed at the top since the system thinks you're a Floridian. If you scroll down the page, you should see a heading that says "Prices and Products for All Guests." That's where you'll find tickets available for out-of-state residents. You should be able to choose out-of-state tickets there. Just remember that all adults who plan to use Florida Resident Tickets will need to show
proof of Florida residency at Guest Relations before entering a Theme Park.
You may also want to check your profile on
My Disney Experience and see if you can change it back to non-resident status.
If you're still having trouble accessing non-resident tickets, Kameron, go ahead and
give Disney's Guest Relations a call. They'll be able to get things straightened out for you.
I hope you're able to slay the fire-breathing dragon that got into your plans, Kameron! Please come see us again if you have any more questions.
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
